Steve’s educational background is engineering and his personal passion/interest has been building wealth and had the good fortune to be introduced to a financial planner shortly out of college and it made a big impact on his life.
Steve has a traditional corporate background as well as entrepreneurial ventures. He departed from the technical path of engineering early in his career, choosing to pursue business development and strategic planning for large engineering consulting firms. His corporate experience spans over twenty years and covers a vast array of industries both domestic and international.
Steve’s entrepreneurial ventures include owning an Architecture & Construction Management Firm, General Contracting, and Real Estate Development. He has owned a broad variety of real estate and exercised many different real estate strategies including major renovations, residential, commercial, flips, long term holds, etc.
His interest in real estate, building wealth, and quality of life have led him to become an investment real estate strategist and mortgage banker. Steve’s unique approach to the profession differentiates him enormously from the masses of mortgage monkeys out there. Frankly his skill is transformational. Steve’s goal is to help average people like you and me get from where we are to where we want to go using real estate as the investment vehicle.
